To find out what size is right for you please measure around THE WIDEST PART of your stomach with a measuring tape.

When measuring be sure to stand upright, relax and NOT hold in your stomach.

Our bands are true to size so be sure to order according to your measurement.

Ordering a smaller size may result in the band not fitting properly. 

If your measurement is 42 inches or smaller, the Regular size band will fit.

If your measurement is between 43 inches and 48 inches, the Midsize size band will fit.

If your measurement is between 49 inches and 55 inches, the Midsize size band will fit.

 

Guidelines on MAXIMIZING YOUR RESULTS:

Please wear your band DIRECTLY on your skin (unless it irritates your skin)

You are to wear your band for a MINIMUM of 8 hours DAILY

You can wear it

  1. Under your clothing (at work, home, road)
  2. While you sleep
